Products will be shipped using US Post Mail First Class Shipping. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and tracking information is provided once orders are fulfilled.
Expedited shipping (2nd Day and Overnight) or shipping internationally outside of the United States is available by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ground — $3 flat rate, will arrive 2-4 business days after shipping
2nd Day — $21 flat rate, will arrive 2 business days after shipping
Overnight – $34 flat rate, will arrive next business day after shipping
Orders over $25 are free ground shipping.
Please note, Luxe Rolls is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.

Tell me about returns. Returns are allowed if the rolls are in brand new unopened condition. Customer must contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization within 3 days of receipt and ship the item back to Luxe Rolls within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to Luxe Rolls. The item(s) must be brand new in original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What about sale items? Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange an item? Luxe Rolls will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email: LuxeRolls@gmail.com for return instructions and replacement product confirmation.
